Key Points for Mobile Phone Static Electricity Prevention

1. Equipment Static Electricity Prevention: Grounding and inspection of soldering iron stations; timely cleaning and discharge of various fixtures; grounding and inspection of integrated testing and antenna testing instruments; grounding and inspection of printing and computer equipment; regular inspection of factory floor anti-static requirements to ensure they meet national standards.

2. Human Body Static Electricity Prevention: Proper wearing and cleaning of anti-static shoes and socks; proper wearing and daily inspection of anti-static wrist straps; environmental and humidity control; keeping work surfaces clean, cleaning every 2 hours to prevent charge buildup (especially important for repair and soldering areas).

3. Packaging Static Electricity Prevention: Selection of packaging materials (including incoming material packaging, turnover material packaging, and finished product packaging) must meet the product's anti-static rating requirements; cleanliness of packaging work surfaces; static electricity prevention should be considered during the design phase, using components that are not sensitive to static electricity as much as possible, or providing appropriate input protection for components that are sensitive to static discharge.

4. Static electricity prevention should be considered during the design phase. Static electricity simulation testing of mobile phone systems; selection and application of EMI conductive oil; and static electricity pilot testing (testing before formal production) are indispensable parts of the mobile phone design process.

5. Static electricity testing should be conducted on any other suspicious links and locations, and appropriate preventative measures should be taken as needed.
