First, anti-static mat introduction:

1) Material and structure:

It is mainly made of conductive materials, static dissipative materials and synthetic rubber through various processes. The grounding system (copper foil and grounding wire are connected together) vents the static charge generated by the human body to prevent damage caused by static electricity. , permanent anti-static. The structure is divided into two layers: the surface layer is a static dissipative layer (thinner 1/4 thickness), and the bottom layer is a conductive layer (thickness 3/4 thickness).

Color: The surface layer is usually green, blue, gray, matt and bright; the bottom layer is black.

Surface resistance: surface layer ^6-10^9 bottom layer 10^3-10^5Ω. The grounding and detection method should meet the requirements of the national standard, and the grounding resistance is less than 10Ω.

Second, the laying method:

The ground needs to be flat and there is no unevenness. Before laying, first clean the ground of the construction. The simplest water can be used, then wipe dry, then measure the size of the glue (in theory, it should be anti-static glue) evenly on the bottom layer, pay attention to the copper foil grounding.

Third, the test:

A point-to-point surface resistance test was used. The instrument uses a heavy hammer surface resistance tester to test the point-to-point resistance value, which should comply with the national electronic industry standard SJ/T10694-2006 clause 10.80, sampling is random.
