Manufacturing Process of Antistatic Table Mats
The main purpose of antistatic table mats (floor mats) is to ensure that ESD-sensitive tweezers, tools, instruments, etc., that come into contact with the human body and the table surface reach a uniform potential and release static electricity. Simultaneously, it protects static-sensitive devices from interference from electrostatic discharge phenomena such as triboelectric charging, thus achieving the effect of electrostatic protection.
Antistatic table mats are mainly made of conductive materials, static dissipative materials, and synthetic rubber through various processes. The surface layer is a static dissipative layer approximately 0.3-0.5mm thick, and the bottom layer is a conductive layer approximately 1.5-1.7mm thick. The mats are durable, have excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, and chemical solvents, and are wear-resistant and easy to clean. The standard length is 10m, and widths are 0.6m, 0.9m, 1.0m, and 1.2m. Available surface colors include green, gray, blue, and black. Matte or glossy finishes are available; special cases can be customized according to customer requirements.
