Scope of Static Grounding
(1) Parts of production equipment that generate static electricity that could harm production or cause electrostatic shock to the human body, and which can be eliminated by grounding;
(2) Metal conductors on production equipment that may generate static electricity or become charged, regardless of their size, should be statically grounded;
(3) Conductors with a conductivity of 1×10⁻⁸ S/m or higher, and objects with a surface resistance of 1×10⁹ Ω or less, that may generate static electricity or become charged, should be indirectly grounded by installing a tightly connected metal conductor on the object.
