Should the communication equipment room be installed with anti-static floor tile

Anti-static floors are typically in the high conductive range or the medium to low dissipative range, depending on the material.
For anti-static floor tiles, floor paints, or floor mats, this is usually the high conductive range (low dissipative ranges are fine too). For floor paint and some floor mats, the resistance is usually in the moderately dissipative range.
The reason for choosing a highly conductive (10E4 - 10E5 ohm) floor is that when it gets dirty (dirt is usually insulating) the resistance will naturally become higher, into the dissipative range. If you maintain it well and the floor is cleaned regularly, even a dissipative floor will have an excellent surface conductivity.
Static protected areas (typically floors, countertops/benches) should be provided as antistatic surfaces that can be used to handle static sensitive equipment.
Our opinion is: It is recommended to lay anti-static floor in your computer room, and connect the equipment and floor to the static grounding system. This way you can operate your equipment with sensitive components inside (in conjunction with other anti-static measures).
