After searching for the reason, it was found that when the protective film and the shell material of PVC material were separated, an electrostatic voltage of several thousand volts would be generated, which would seriously affect the product quality. How to solve it, the best way is to use anti-static protective film, the electrostatic voltage will be greatly reduced, but the cost will also be greatly increased.
An ionizer air fan can also be used to blow the ion wind to the entire assembly process, which can also greatly reduce the electrostatic voltage, but the ion fan needs to be maintained frequently, and the cleanliness of the production environment is required, otherwise it cannot achieve good results.
