Electrostatic measuring instrument.
(1) Electrostatic field tester: It is used to measure the surface resistance values of tabletops and floors. For plane structure and non-plane occasions, different measuring instruments should be selected.

Requirements for anti-static technical indicators in the manufacture of electronic products
(1) The ground resistance of the anti-static ground electrode is less than 10Ω.
(2) Ground or floor mat: surface resistance value 105-1010Ω; friction voltage<100V.
(3) Wall: resistance value 5×104-109Ω.
(4) Worktop or pad: surface resistance value 106-109Ω; friction voltage <100V; ground resistance 106-108Ω.
(5) The working chair faces the caster resistance 106-108Ω.
(6) Workwear, hat, gloves friction voltage <300V; sole friction voltage <100V.
(7) The resistance of the wristband connection cable is 1MΩ; the system resistance when wearing the wristband is 1-1OMΩ. The system resistance of the heel strap (shoe bundle) is 0.5×105-108Ω.
(8) The resistance of the logistics platform to the wheel system is 106-109Ω.
(9) The surface resistance of material transfer equipment such as material boxes, turnover boxes, PCB racks, etc. is 103-108Ω; the friction voltage is less than 100V.
