Sticky mat specifications and methods of use
Before we introduced the application of sticky mats in the clean room industry, today I will introduce the specifications and usage of sticky mat products.
There are three general types of conventional sticky mats:
18′′×36′′ (450*900mm)
24′′×36′′ (600*900mm)
26′′×45′′ (660*1140mm)
Packing: 10 pieces / box; 50 pieces / box; color: blue, white
As the business grows and expands, we can also customize it according to the color and size of the customer's needs.
The installation of the sticky mat also needs to pay attention to some small details. For the purpose of tearing in the use, the page label is attached to the corner of the sticky mat produced by our company. When using it, the label should be at the angle of easy tearing, and then peel off. The film on the back side is glued to the floor to be used. After pressing the four sides, the first layer can be peeled off and used. Note that the ground should be dry and flat. After stepping on the dirt, the upper layer should be removed in time to ensure that the working environment is clean and tidy.
