The basic environmental requirements for ESD anti-static work are as follows:
1. The anti-static work area should be kept clean to avoid dust accumulation or floating.
2. The control of temperature and humidity in the workshop shall be based on the actual conditions of the workshop.
3. On the premise of not causing harmful effects to the product, it is allowed to use humidification equipment to spray preparations or water to increase the environmental humidity.
4. Anti-static work areas should clearly indicate area boundaries and warning signs.
5. It is required to use anti-static flooring or lay anti-static mats on ordinary ground, and ensure effective grounding. It is prohibited to directly use wooden floors or lay wool, linen, chemical fiber carpets and ordinary floor leather.
6. It is recommended to use anti-static materials for ceilings and walls. Generally, gypsum products or lime paint are allowed, and ordinary plastic products are prohibited.
