The Dr Schneider PC Ion Air Gun is a hand-held, static-dissipating device that provides powerful ion wind to objects. Designed for high air volume dust removal and neutralization of static electricity. Commonly used to eliminate dust attracted by static electricity. Section 1: Principle of action
The Dr Schneider PC SL-004C ion wind gun produces a large number of positively and negatively charged air masses that are blown out at high speed by a compressed gas to neutralize the charge on the object. When the surface of the object is negatively charged, it attracts a positive charge in the gas stream. When the charge on the surface of the object is positive, it attracts the negative charge in the gas stream, so that the static electricity on the surface of the object is neutralized. To achieve the purpose of eliminating static electricity, high-speed compressed gas can also blow away stubborn dust on objects.
Ionization device: The ionization device forms a stable high-strength electric field under the action of low current and high voltage generated by the high-voltage generating device. The ionized air forms an ion body, which is carried out by the high-pressure airflow to reach the surface of the object to neutralize the static electricity and dust removal.

Section 5: Installation and operation:
The STICK ST302B ion wind gun is to be used with the ST402A high voltage generator. Insert the end of the air gun cable into the high voltage output jack of the high voltage generator, turn it clockwise to the head, then connect the ground wire of the air gun wire to the grounding bar on the outside of the high voltage generator, and confirm that the grounding is good, then the high voltage generator Plug the plug into the socket with the grounding wire (note the voltage of the high voltage generator), connect the compressed air to the air gun, and turn on the high voltage generator to work.
