The harm caused by static electricity to industry
The explanation of the term static electricity is the relatively static charge to the observer. The magnetic field effect caused by it is negligible compared to the electric field effect. Static electricity can be generated through physical processes such as material contact and separation, electrostatic induction, dielectric polarization, and the attachment of charged particles. Industrial manufacturing static electricity refers to the static electricity generated and accumulated on materials, devices, human bodies, equipment and structures during production, storage and transportation.
The hazards in industrial production, the generation of static electricity is inevitable. The hazards of electrostatic discharge (ESD) can be attributed to the following two mechanisms:

4. Production sites with a lot of inflammable and explosive materials, dust and oil mist are likely to cause explosions and fires.
The harm caused by electrostatic attraction (ESA):
1. Electronic industry: Dust adsorption causes pollution of integrated circuits and semiconductor components, which greatly reduces the yield.
2. Film and plastic industry: Film or film winding is uneven; film and CD plastic disk are polluted by dust, which affects quality.
3. Papermaking and printing industry: uneven paper winding, inaccurate overprinting, serious dirt absorption, and even sticky paper, affecting production.
4. Textile industry: Causes hazards such as floating of roots, entangled flowers and broken tails, and yarn entanglement.
