What preparations should be made before cleaning dust-free esd clothes?
Dust-free clothing is widely used in various clean room environments, so its cleaning and maintenance are very important. The most important part of the management of dust-free clothes is purification and cleaning. Cleaning of dust-free clothes is definitely not simple. If you think it is easy, then you must have the correct concept now.

If there is oil stain on the dust-free clothes, the oil stain should be carefully removed before washing. Before washing, check for scratches, damage, buckles and other accessories, and repair, replace or scrap any defective items. Washing, drying, and packaging must be done in a clean room that is cleaner than the clean room where work clothes are used. In order to remove water-soluble and oily contaminants, wash with soft water and neutral professional dust-free laundry detergent. Then use reverse osmosis ultrapure water for the final rinse.
For dust-free clothes with buckles, they should be washed in the buckled state. Dry in a clean air circulation system dedicated to washing. After drying, fold it up in a clean room dedicated to washing and put it into a clean polyester bag or nylon bag. It can be double-packed or vacuum-sealed according to requirements. The packaging material is preferably made of materials with good antistatic properties. Since the folding process is the most likely to generate dust, the folding process must be carried out in a higher-level purified space. For example, the folding and packaging of level 100 dust-free clothing should be carried out in a level 10 environment.
