Why do all factories now have to wear clean clothes? Many people are puzzled. Dust-free clothing uses 100% polyester filament to reduce the amount of dust; this fabric is also called anti-static ultra-clean fabric, which is different from ordinary anti-static fabrics. It uses conductive fibers and is woven with corresponding density to prevent fine particles such as dust, dander or hair on the body from dispersing into the clean room, thus satisfying the function of preventing dust in the clean room.
The dust in the clean room mainly comes from the air flowing indoors and the human body moving indoors. If employees do not wear dust-free clothing, dust-free shoes and other necessary equipment during operation, dust will be generated, which will cause the products produced to be exposed to a large amount of dust, seriously affecting the production quality. Dust-free clothing requires regular dust-free cleaning.
