About anti-static (safety protection) fabrics and clothing related standards

The national recommendation standard for “Personal Protective Equipment Equip.” was proposed by the State Administration of Work Safety, and the National Personal Protective Equipment Standardization Technical Committee was reorganized and issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine.

A: Terminology

(1) dangerous factors

A factor that causes injury or death to the human body or sudden damage to the object.

(2) Harmful factors

A factor that affects a person's health, causes disease, or causes chronic damage to things.

(3) Backup ratio (redundancy rate)

Personal protective equipment is equipped with the ratio of the number of inputs to the number of spares.

B: Basic requirements of the standard

(1) The user should equip and distribute individual protective equipment with corresponding protective functions according to the specific conditions of the unit and the need for safe production and prevention of occupational hazards, according to different types of work, different working environments and conditions.

(2) The personal protective equipment provided for the operators shall comply with national standards or industry standards and obtain market access qualifications.

(3) Each user unit shall not arbitrarily change the scope and standards for the issuance of personal protective equipment.

(4) The personal protective equipment issued for the operators shall be based on safety requirements, taking into account the comfort and aesthetics.

C: There are four relevant legal standards for anti-static (safety protection), fabrics and clothing under the standard framework. At present, the company uses the following three:

(1) GB/T23316-2009 "Workwear anti-static performance requirements and test methods"

The national standard was implemented in January 2010. The standard stipulates that the amount of charged charge of the anti-static fabric should be below 7 uc / m 2 , and the charged charge of a single piece of clothing should be below 0.6 uc. At present, the company's conventional anti-static (safety protection) fabrics meet this standard. Due to the low consumption of conductive materials and low cost, the company is called economical anti-static (safety protection) fabric, which is mainly used to make petroleum, chemical and coal. Protective clothing for aerospace, aviation, electric power, sanitation and other industries.

(2) GB12014-2009 "anti-static clothing"

The national standard was implemented on December 1, 2009. The standard stipulates that qualified anti-static fabrics must meet the two technical requirements of point-to-point resistance and charged charge. The point-to-point resistance technology requirements are divided into A grade (1×105~1×107) and B grade (1×107~1×1011). The technical requirements for the charged charge of the fabric are classified into Class A (<0.02uc/piece) and Class B (0.02uc/piece) to 0.06uc/piece. Combined with the current domestic situation and the specific requirements of the industry, the A-level technical requirements are mainly adapted to the production of protective clothing for specific industries such as electronics and medicine. The B-level technical requirements are mainly adapted to the production of petroleum, chemical, coal, aerospace, aviation, electric power, sanitation and other industries. Protective clothing for special occasions. At present, the company has received B-grade fabrics in line with this standard in batches, and A-grade fabrics are mainly orders.
