Anti-static clothing and wristbands are essential components for eliminating static electricity from the human body. They can eliminate or control static electricity generation in the human body, thereby reducing the primary source of static electricity in manufacturing processes.
Anti-static clothing includes anti-static work clothes, anti-static separates, anti-static work clothes, anti-static shoes, hats, anti-static gloves, anti-static finger cots, and anti-static wristbands. Anti-static clothing is made from anti-static fabrics of various colors. The fabric yarn contains a certain proportion of conductive yarn, which is a blend of stainless steel fiber or other conductive fibers with ordinary fibers. Static electricity on clothing is eliminated through corona discharge and leakage of the conductive fibers. Because stainless steel fiber is a metal fiber, the anti-static fabric woven from it has stable conductivity that does not fluctuate with the amount of clothing worn.
Anti-static wristbands are essential for operators handling electronic components. They provide a safe path to ground, allowing static electricity from the body to be discharged safely. They consist of an anti-static elastic band, a removable snap button, and a spring cord. They also include a protective resistor and a plug or clip. The inner layer of the elastic band is woven with antistatic yarn, while the outer layer is woven with standard yarn.

There are many antistatic packaging products, such as antistatic shielding bags, antistatic packaging bags, antistatic sponges, antistatic IC packaging tubes, antistatic component boxes, antistatic turnover boxes, antistatic bubble wrap, and antistatic transport vehicles. Most of these packaging products are made of static dissipative materials, while some are made of antistatic materials. Their purpose is to protect installed circuits or equipment, as well as printed circuits, from static electricity.
Antistatic Flooring and Antistatic Desk Mats
Antistatic floor mats and desk mats come in many varieties, including temporary, permanent, and temporary. Materials include conductive rubber, polyvinyl chloride, and conductive ceramic. Installation methods include direct installation on the ground and elevated raised floors. The decision can be made based on actual needs and cost. Anti-static soldering irons are particularly practical, often used for post-processing and maintenance. While conventional soldering irons require unplugging when soldering static-sensitive components, anti-static soldering irons use a DC temperature and pressure power supply. The heating element is primarily made of materials with constant temperature characteristics and low static capacitance, significantly reducing various interference signals. Furthermore, the soldering iron can be used as an electrostatic grounding device, further eliminating any signals from the tip.
