Anti-static access control
The anti-static test access control networking system is an advanced product that combines electrostatic testing with electronic access control systems and computerized management software; in many places where electrostatic protection areas (EPA) are set up, the testing of electrostatic footwear and electrostatic wrist straps is based on traditional Manual login or supervision is not easy to implement and even make mistakes. The anti-static access control system proposes direct and effective measures against these shortcomings. To solve the problem, ensure that when the operators enter the EPA area, they are actually prepared for the electrostatic grounding of the personnel; and combine the three-roller gate as the control equipment for the pedestrian passage. It can provide an orderly and civilized way for entering and exiting personnel, prevent illegal entry and exit, and quickly control the fall of the pole in an emergency, and organize the evacuation of personnel.
Introduction to use:
1. The personnel entering the production line of the workshop put on anti-static shoes and wrist straps, stand on the static test pedal, insert the wrist strap, and put the personal identification card close to the credit card machine for identification of the static test. Display the 8-digit card number and then display the work number. The display shows that please press the tester and wait for the test result (waiting time is adjustable)
2. The personnel entering the production line of the workshop press the electrostatic button on the electrostatic tester to perform the electrostatic test, and the result of passing or failing the electrostatic test is immediately displayed on the credit card machine.
3. When the test result displayed on the credit card machine is pass, the tester opens the three-roller gate or door lock and personnel enter. When the test result is displayed on the credit card machine as NG, the personnel need to re-adjust and pass the test before entering.
