Anti-static belt conveyor belt is a material handling equipment designed to prevent static electricity accumulation. It is widely used in electronics, food, chemical and other industries. Its core components include traction parts, drive devices, tensioning devices and support parts, which support horizontal, inclined or vertical transportation, and can complete some process operations during transportation.
I. Main technical parameters
Material type:
ESD belt conveyor belt material: rubber, PVC, PU, silicone, etc. Oil-resistant, anti-static or food-grade special belts can be selected for special scenes.
Anti-static principle: Add conductive components (such as metal wire) to PU or rubber, and the surface resistance value is usually 10E6-10E9 OHM.
Structural form:
Trough type, flat type, climbing type, turning type, etc., baffles, skirts or workbenches can be added to realize assembly functions.
Belt width range: 20–2000mm (customization supported).
Drive and speed regulation:
Drive mode: reduction motor or electric roller.
Speed regulation support: variable frequency, stepless speed regulation or mechanical speed regulation, speed range 0.1–10m/min.
