Anti-static product testing case
1) Test of wrist strap: After using for a period of time, due to the continuous stretching and bending of the wrist strap during this process, some of the wires in the product whose quality is not passed will be broken off and thus the antistatic effect will not be obtained. The person using it is still unaware that it has failed, and has been exposed to ESDS static-sensitive parts, causing electrostatic damage.

2) Anti-static clothing test: There are many anti-static clothes with low quality and counterfeit on the market. It must be tested before use (mainly the triboelectric test) to identify its effectiveness. A common conventional method is to test the surface resistance and electrostatic voltage values of clothes using a surface resistance tester and an electrostatic field tester. Mainly to see if the conductive fiber is effective. Detailed methods refer to the corresponding national standards.
3) Anti-static gloves (finger sleeve) test: The technical principle is the same as above, mainly to test the surface resistance.
