Anti-static Vacuum Pen Maintenance and Troubleshooting
Post-Use Maintenance
Cleaning the Tip: Clean the tip with isopropyl alcohol or a lint-free cloth immediately after use to prevent residue from clogging.
Checking the Seal: Test the vacuum level of the wand regularly. If suction power decreases, replace the tip or inspect the tubing.
Storage: Store in an anti-static box, away from high temperatures, humidity, or strong magnetic fields.
Precautions and Troubleshooting

Anti-static Requirements: Wear anti-static gloves at all times and use an anti-static mat on the work surface. Avoid Excessive Suction: Excessive suction can cause component deformation or cracking, especially with thin wafers.
Insufficient Suction: Check the tip for wear or leaks in the tubing, and replace the seal or tip.
Part Dropping: Verify that the tip size is correct or adjust the contact angle between the wand and the component.
