Can antistatic clothing be washed frequently?

Under normal circumstances, clean work clothes are washed at least once a week, and some demanding jobs even wash once a day. Where can I clean my antistatic clothing? :

When cleaning, the packaging must also be cleaned in a clean room. What should I pay attention to when washing antistatic clothes? :

(1) The freshly sewn clean work clothes can be washed directly, and the clean work clothes that have been passed through are found to be oily and should be carefully removed before performing the washing procedure.

(2) Before washing, inspect the accessories such as scratches, damage and buckles, and repair, replace or scrap the defective ones. (3) Washing, drying, and packing must be performed in a clean room with a higher degree of cleanliness than a clean room using work clothes.

(4) Water for wet and dry cleaning should be filtered. After the solvent is also distilled, a filter with a pore size of less than 0.2 μm is used at the point of use, and filtered more than once as needed.

(5) In order to remove water-soluble pollutants, after washing with water, a final washing with a distilled solvent is performed to remove oily pollutants.

(6) The temperature of wet washing water is as follows: polyester cloth 60-70C (up to 70C) nylon cloth 50-55C (up to 60C)

(7) In the final rinse, you can use antistatic agents to improve the antistatic properties. However, the selected antistatic agent should be well combined with the fiber and no dust will fall off.

(8) Work clothes with buckles should be washed in the buckled state.

(9) Dry in a clean air circulation system dedicated to washing.
