Characteristics of Electrostatic Discharge Shielding Bags
Electrostatic discharge shielding bags have the following characteristics:
**Electrostatic Shielding:** (Faraday cage) minimizes the leakage of current (voltage) or electrostatic discharge through the membrane. Therefore, it protects the interior from electrostatic discharge interference.

**Antistatic:** Prevents static electricity generated by friction or contact and separation, meaning that when an object moves around inside the bag, it will generate static sparks when walking on a floor and touching a metal object, such as a doorknob (when walking on a carpet).
**Conductivity:** Allows charge to move, or allows surface charge to move to a lower or higher potential, meaning when the surface is connected to a ground point (zero potential). It is best to use conductive materials with electrostatic discharge properties (10⁵–10¹¹). Materials with excellent insulation exceeding 10¹¹ and any materials with poor conductivity are not suitable.
