Common anti-static esd fabrics
Nowadays, many clothes need to be anti-static. There are many kinds of anti-static clothing fabrics on the market. Let me share with you some common anti-static fabrics.
1. Anti-static silk: the main material is polyester, which is mainly used to make dust-proof clothing and anti-static work clothes. Conductive fiber: There are stripe type and grid type.
2. Cotton anti-static fabric: Pure cotton anti-static fabric is made of cotton, which is interwoven with conductive fibers through textile technology. It has moisture absorption, moisturizing, heat resistance, alkali resistance, and hygiene. Generally speaking, pure cotton fabrics have better moisture absorption and heat resistance, and are comfortable to wear.
3. Anti-static ultra-clean fabric: It is made of special polyester filament, interwoven with conductive fiber in warp and weft direction, and woven by special technology. Not only has excellent antistatic performance, but also can effectively prevent fabric fibers from shedding and fine dust particles from seeping out of fabric gaps. And it has the characteristics of high temperature resistance and washing resistance, and is suitable for clean rooms from class 10 to class 100.
4. TR anti-static fabric - polyester + rayon: This type of blended fabric is characterized by smooth and clean fabric, bright colors, strong wool style, good elasticity, good moisture absorption, and poor iron resistance.
5. TC anti-static fabric - polyester + cotton: it is woven from polyester fiber, cotton blended and inlaid with conductive fiber. The fabric styles include plain weave, thin slant, thick slant and so on.
6. Wool anti-static fabric: wool blended fabric, the feel and physical properties are the same as ordinary wool, and it is mainly used for business wear.
