After a period of use, the appearance may not be damaged, but when testing, it is often found that the wrist strap is broken.
Many companies wear anti-static clothing, but they never carry out dust-free cleaning, which is very dangerous. Anti-static clothing is different from general clothing, and requires 3-5 days of purification and cleaning to ensure the true anti-static effect of anti-static clothing. In addition, wearing anti-static clothing should not be done casually. The zipper should be completely closed, and their clothes should be wrapped in the anti-static clothing. Some workers pull their sleeves when operating, which may cause the body's static electricity to damage the product.
In some enterprises, workers actually wear anti-static shoes out of the production workshop, which is absolutely not allowed. Anti-static shoes are an important part of the anti-static system. If the sole is stained with dust, it is very easy to rub against static electricity, which not only cannot make anti-static shoes play an anti-static role, but will bring safety hazards to the product.
Without real electrostatic grounding, anti-static products are useless. For example, on the production line, workers need to wear anti-static wrist straps. If the wrist strap is not tightly attached to the wrist, or is not properly grounded, then static electricity will not be introduced to the ground through the wrist strap.
Don't use anti-static products as ordinary products, you must strictly follow the correct use method of the product and the correct operation process for production, so that anti-static products are escorting your products.
