Accidents that may occur without static detection:
1. The equipment for eliminating static electricity has not been tested as required for a long time, and it is very likely that it does not have the function of eliminating static electricity. For example: ion fan, if the ion fan is not used to balance the test to measure the time required for the ion fan to eliminate static electricity, it is completely impossible to judge whether its function is Meet the requirements.
2. Anti-static shoes and wrist straps must be tested by the human body comprehensive tester. If they fail, it means that people wearing anti-static shoes and wrist straps are not effective in releasing static electricity, and extremely high voltages are likely to be generated when people move.
3. More control over turnover and packaging containers should be strengthened, because these anti-static consumables are likely to be in direct contact with the product. If they fail to meet the requirements for static electricity, the safety of the product will be threatened.
The electrostatic detector is just as fair and just as the judge handles the case. If there is no electrostatic detector, let the supplier say that it is very wrong. The conditions permit to have the detector as much as possible, and the measurement parameters of seeing is believing are the most true.
