Errors to be avoided when using an ion fan

The grounding connection of the ion fan is not good:
(1) The cross-sectional area of the grounding main trunk of the ion fan should be not less than 100mm2; the cross-sectional area of the trunk line should be not less than 6mm2; the grounding wire of equipment and workbench should be multi-strand plasticized wire with a cross-sectional area of not less than 1.25mm2, the color of the grounding wire It is advisable to use a yellow-green line.

(2) The connection method of the grounding main line of the ion fan should be brazed.
(3) The anti-static system of the ion fan must have an independent and reliable grounding device. The grounding resistance should generally be less than 10 伲裆栌爰觳 ㄓ佧 ㄓ佧 GB GBJ97.
(4) The ion fan is powered by three-phase five-wire system, and its ground wire can be used as an anti-static ground wire (but the neutral wire and ground wire must not be mixed).
(5) Anti-static equipment connection terminals should ensure reliable contact, easy to install and disassemble, and allow the use of various clip-on connectors, such as squid clips, plugs, etc.
(6) The anti-static ground wire shall not be connected to the power supply neutral line and shall not be shared with the lightning protection ground wire. Because lightning strikes and other phenomena will affect the performance and personal safety of the product through the loop.
(7) The grounding system monitoring alarm device should be installed in the workplace where the ion wind turbine requires high grounding resistance.
