1. Remove the outer packaging and clean the outer packaging of the glue stick into the air shower and into the clean room.
2. Prepare 5S before work, countertops, floors, equipment, chairs, gloves, tools, fixtures, trays, etc. and use a microscope.
3. Use a pair of tweezers to gently pry up from the tray. Do not touch the object with the glue end to avoid contamination. Hold the other end with your hand and prepare for operation.
4. Stick the glue stick under the microscope or software to the dust point position, keep it at a 60°~90° angle, and do not use it vigorously to avoid scratching or crushing SENSOR.
5. Keep it steady when using it. Do not shake it back and forth. Do not move the friction on the product to avoid scratching.
6. Each glue stick should be wiped no more than fifteen to twenty times to avoid secondary pollution.
7. Use the glue stick away from the work area and separate it from the clean glue stick.
