General specification for anti-static turnover containers

According to the provisions of Document No. [2002] No. 503 of the Ministry of Information Industry, the anti-static industry standard SJ/T11277-2002 "General Specification for Anti-static Turnover Containers" was promulgated on October 30, 2002, and was issued on March 1, 2003. The day began to implement. The implementation of this standard has ended the history that China's defense static electricity industry has always applied foreign standards, laying a good foundation for perfecting, standardizing and developing our national defense electrostatic industry and catching up with the international advanced level.

Anti-static turnover container is necessary for the production, turnover, storage and packaging of electronic and electrical components and equipment manufacturers. It is an indispensable instrument for effectively protecting static electricity from electrostatic damage. With the wide application of static sensitive devices, the anti-static turnover container has received great attention from users. Since the introduction of some anti-static turnover equipment in China in the 1980s, China has gradually formed a pattern of independent research, development and production, which basically meets the production capacity of series of anti-static turnover container products for domestic production. In recent years, the Anti-static Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of the Ministry of Information Industry has conducted hundreds of inspections on anti-static turnover containers, accumulated a large amount of data and data, provided relevant specifications and testing methods at home and abroad, and laid down standards for the development of standards. Good foundation.

During the preparation process, the preparation team conducted extensive investigation and research, summarized the practical experience of manufacturers and users, and studied the relevant provisions of relevant national standards and industry standards to coordinate them.

The specification gives a more detailed test method for the technical parameters of the product, which is consistent with the test method in the relevant standards, and makes the general specification complete and operability.

This specification is based on GJB/Z105-98 (Appendix H) for three areas of ESD protection material according to conductivity. At the same time, it also refers to the electrostatic shielding performance data of conductive containers in the United States 3M company. Their research results show that a conductive container has a volume resistance of less than 500 Ω-cm. If an external 5000V electrostatic voltage is close to the container, the measured voltage in the container is close to 0V. . In this specification, the shielding volume resistivity is specified to be less than 100 Ω-cm.

The specification proposes that the uniformity of the same container material resistance is proposed by reference to the GJB/105-98 (Appendix H) charge bleed requirements. Conductivity is an important property of ESD protection materials, allowing the charge to be discharged to the ground. The uniform nature of the resistivity on a container allows the charge to be evenly distributed throughout the material.

The time measurement of the electrostatic full-life is performed with reference to GJB/Z 105-98 H3.2.4.

The electrostatic decay performance test presents complex measurement problems for uniform materials (within the range of volume surface conductivity); non-uniform volume and surface two conductive material systems present extremely complex measurement problems. For materials of composite structures, the dependence of the resistivity (volume resistivity or surface resistivity) of the material on the decay time of the static electricity may be inconsistent, in order to make the static electricity specified to be less than 10 seconds and 2 seconds, respectively.

The test specifies that the test temperature for heat resistance is 80 ° C, which is higher than the 60 ° C specified by the national standard.

In the specification, the physical and mechanical properties of the impact strength, due to the diversity of the electronic industry's turnover container structure form, the drop test can be used for the one-time injection molding turnover box and component box, but it is difficult to implement the overall drop test for the assembled and formed turnover frame and the car. For this purpose, tentative impact tests on plastic parts are tentatively determined to ensure the reliability of the turnover container.

This specification does not include revolving containers made of ordinary plastic (insulating plastic materials) coated with antistatic materials and materials other than those specified in this specification. But you can refer to the implementation.
