How do cleanroom cloths remove dust?
Dust-free cloths are made of a double-woven 100% polyester fiber, offering excellent water absorption and cleaning performance. Their soft, non-stripping surface makes them easy to clean delicate surfaces. In addition to their excellent dust removal performance, dust-free cloths also have anti-static properties. They are soft and won't damage surfaces. They absorb water efficiently and are not prone to chemical reactions.
They offer sufficient dry and wet strength and release low ions. Each microfiber filament is only 1/200 the size of a human hair, yet can absorb seven times its own weight in particles, dust, and liquids. This is the reason for microfiber's exceptional cleaning power. The spaces between the filaments can also absorb significant amounts of water, contributing to their high water absorption. These spaces trap dust, oil, and dirt until they are washed away with water, soap, or detergent.

Because they remain confined to these spaces, they quickly dry out, effectively preventing the growth of bacteria. Optional edge banding: ultrasonic, laser, cold cutting. Applications: semiconductor assembly, aviation manufacturing and maintenance, laboratories, electronics, computer assembly, optical instrument manufacturing, LCD displays, precision instruments, optical products, etc. The above is a brief analysis of some of the special features of dust-free cloths.
