How often should anti-static heel straps be replaced?
The lifespan of an anti-static heel strap depends on many factors:
1. The quality of the products provided by the manufacturing unit;
2. How long does the product wear every day (one shift, two shifts or three shifts)
3. Who wears the heel strap (100-jin female or 200-jin male)
4. Wearing habits of the wearer (are they walking on one side, putting excessive wear on one point of the heel strap?)
5. Cleanliness of floors (are floors swept nightly to remove dirt, sand and other extraneous dusty material)
Typically, a good quality anti-static heel strap will last from 6 months to a year, again depending on the use above.
