How to choose anti-static flooring tile
1. The fire protection level of the anti-static movable floor should comply with the requirements of the "Code for Fire Protection Design of Interior Decoration of Buildings". 2. The height of the anti-static movable floor should be determined according to the use requirements. (1) For wiring only: the basic size is 250mm. (2) For wiring and air conditioning wind storage: the basic size is 400mm. The removable panels of the floor can be interchanged and have a high manufacturing precision to ensure the required sealing when the floor space is used as an air conditioning wind storage. 3. The installation of the anti-static movable floor in the machine room is the last stage of building decoration. After the indoor ceiling panels are laid and the ceiling lights and vents are installed, the ground should be cleaned and the movable floor should be laid (if there are insulation cotton and wire ducts, the insulation cotton and wire ducts should be laid first). 4. Anti-static raised flooring in computer rooms should be laid on a leveled cement mortar base. To reduce the height of the floor, when laying directly on the structural floor, the structural floor must have a smooth surface and be sprayed with a primer to cure the concrete surface and prevent sanding.
5. The floor surface should be soft, non-slip, wear-resistant, and stain-resistant.
6. After installation, the floor must be grounded; otherwise, its anti-static effect will be lost.
