How to detect the ion output of the ion fan?

Ion fan, everyone will be familiar with this product, but the specific things are not very clear. So today Xiaobian comes to share some knowledge of the ion fan. Presumably, everyone generally uses an electrostatic tester to measure the ion output of an (ion fan). When using a 150mm x 150mm 20pF charging pad for each EOS/ESD standard, an electrostatic tester can be used to determine the specific discharge time. The 1000V-100V discharge time takes only a few seconds. The following small series will take you to see how the ion fan ion output is detected.

If an electrostatic tester cannot be provided, the ion output (case) can also be verified by a pocket-type electrostatic tester. The specific procedure is as follows:

1. Remove the plastic block from the ion gas stream and measure the amount of static electricity remaining.

2. Turn on the static ion fan power supply and set the wind speed to high speed.

3. Take a piece of plastic cloth and rub the plastic sheet with the rubber until it can be measured by an electrostatic tester.

4. Place the static-charged plastic sheet 300mm away from the center ion outlet for 5 seconds.
