How to eliminate static electricity in electronic product production

It is well known that static electricity is harmful to any electronic product and has a great influence. Therefore, the top priority in the electronics industry is to effectively prevent static electricity. The circuit is quite sensitive to electrostatic high voltages. When people or objects with static electricity touch these devices, static electricity is generated. When the electrostatic high-voltage impact circuit, the internal oxide film will be broken down and destroyed, causing the electrical device to be damaged or malfunctioning on the spot. Of course, devices that are generally electrostatically discharged do not immediately fail, which is why most people do not pay attention to electrostatic protection. So how do we eliminate static hazards? The following methods are for your reference.

1. Ground properly to discharge static electricity.

2. Electronic devices should pay special attention to electrostatic protection during packaging and transportation.

3. The operator or maintenance personnel are themselves electrostatically treated. As a computer operator, always remember the danger of static electricity, try to avoid touching the internal board of the computer. If you must touch the internal circuit, you should also add a grounding ring to your finger to ensure effective discharge of static electricity.

4. Electrostatic treatment in the workplace. Conditional workplaces should be equipped with as many anti-static devices as possible, such as anti-static floors, anti-static work chairs, etc., and maintain an ideal humidity of 40%-60%.

5. Improve the quality of the device itself and reduce the degree of electrostatic damage.

Static damage to electronic components is almost fatal and has to be prevented, so companies should take precautions in every part to minimize losses.
