How to extend the life of dust-free purification clothing

Dust-free clothing/clean clothing are often used in industries with high cleanliness requirements, such as bioengineering, medicine, semiconductors, etc. How to extend the service life of dust-free clothing, thereby reducing investment and increasing revenue?
First of all, when we buy good dust-free clothes, we should understand this knowledge in time, because we must be very careful when transporting. Anti-static dust-free clothes should be covered, and the packaging must not be damaged to prevent sunlight. and exposed to high temperatures; it is strictly forbidden to use hand hooks to drag during transportation. Dust-free clothing should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse to prevent mildew and deterioration.
In the place of use, when wearing dust-free clothing, the ground should be anti-static (keep it clean). When wearing anti-static shoes, you should not wear insulating thick woolen socks and insulating insoles at the same time. The soles should not be adhered to insulating substances. Wear a period of After a certain period of time (generally no more than 200h), a resistance test should be performed, and then a decision should be made to clean or replace it. During storage, dust-free clothing should be kept at least 200mm away from the ground and walls, and at least 1m away from all heating elements. Direct sunlight should be avoided and placement in the open air is strictly prohibited. An appropriate amount of anti-moth agent must be added when packaging and storing anti-static shoes.
We are also very important in maintenance and upkeep. It is best to use neutral detergent to clean dust-free clothes. Do not mix them with other clothes when washing. Use hand washing or washing machine gentle washing process to avoid breakage of conductive fibers. The washing water temperature should be below 40°C, and normal temperature water should be used for rinsing. Wash for as short a time as possible, but rinse thoroughly to remove residual detergent. Do not use bleaching powder or organic solvents to decontaminate anti-static work clothes that have both flame retardant and oil-proof properties.
Especially the purification and cleaning process is the most easily ignored by users.
