How to measure the resistivity of a container?
The ANSI/EOS/ESD-S11.11 standard is used for surface resistance measurements on static dissipative planar materials. You can use this standard if your container is flat.
If you have smaller non-planar materials, you can choose to use a surface resistance tester with a concentric test probe or a needle test probe for measurement.
