How to use ion air blower SL-003 and SL-003A

1. Clean the ion emitter.
2. Check the grounding.
3. Check whether the equipment is in good condition.
4. Check for humidity and other contaminants.
5. Check whether the voltage used is consistent with the voltage on the nameplate.
1. Turn on the power switch of the ion blower and the indicator light will light up. Determine the presence of ionic wind by touch and set airflow as needed by adjusting the fan speed knob. In special circumstances, if hot air is needed to make the operator feel comfortable, please turn on the heating switch (the desktop ion blower can be added, and the horizontal ion blower comes with it).
2. To clean the ion emitter, please turn the cleaning brush knob clockwise to the stop position (about one turn) and release it.
3. The time required for the ionized airflow to neutralize the static charge on the item depends on the fan speed. Setting a higher fan speed reduces the time required to eliminate static charges.
4. To adjust the wind direction of the ion fan, first loosen the adjusting nut, then tilt the fan. After setting the angle, tighten the nut.
5. When using the device in electronic assembly areas, the ionized gas flow should cover as much of the work area as possible. The constant flow of ionized airflow can effectively prevent items such as work surfaces, tools, materials and components from generating static charges; the static charges on the surfaces of charged items introduced into the work area will also be neutralized and remain neutral in the ionized airflow.
5. If the ion blower makes an alarm sound when working, it means that the ion balance has shifted too much or there are no positive and negative ions in the blown air, which cannot eliminate static electricity. Ion equipment should be inspected and maintained.
