4. When stacking is used, the load-bearing capacity of its own turnover box should be considered, and the stacking height is the most restrictive.
The correct use of the turnover box should be such that the weight of a single box does not exceed 25KG (normal human body is limited), and the box cannot be filled. At least 20mm (excluding the upper joint) should be left to prevent the goods from directly contacting the bottom of the box. Make the product damaged or dirty. 2. It is strictly forbidden to throw the goods in the turnover box from a height. Reasonably determine how the goods are stacked in the turnover box. Place the goods evenly, don't stack them together, or stack them eccentrically.
3. It is strictly forbidden to drop the turnover box from a high place to avoid breaking and cracking of the turnover box due to violent impact.
4. When working with forklifts or manual hydraulic trucks, the fork stabs should lift the pallet as smoothly as possible before changing the angle. Fork stabs should not hit the side of the pallet to avoid breaking the pallet and indirectly damage the turnover box and cargo.
5. When the pallet is on the shelf, the shelf-type pallet must be used. The carrying capacity is determined by the shelf structure, and overloading is strictly prohibited.
