Installation requirements for antistatic equipment
There are many static elimination equipment, and the most widely used is the ion fan. So, how does the anti-static equipment for electronic work connect to the anti-static ground wire?
(1) The dissipating electrode should be installed at the position with the highest potential of the charged body. Generally, it should be away from the static electricity generation source by 0.5-20cm or more;
(2) The static elimination electrode is installed vertically facing the charged body;
(3) In the following cases, do not install the antistatic electrode of the antistatic equipment, that is, there are metal objects, static electricity generation sources, other static eliminators near the charged body, the ambient temperature is above 150 ° C, and the relative humidity is above 80%, and 埸 in a place that pollutes antistatic equipment;
(4) When the array anti-static equipment is installed, the distance between each elimination electrode should be greater than or equal to 4 times the installation distance;
(5) The high-voltage power supply should be installed in a non-explosion-proof place.
