Maintenance and storage method of ion fan
1. The operating environment should be kept clean at all times, the surface of the ion fan should be kept clean, and the air inlet and outlet should be free of debris. Regularly remove dust and other debris from the ion fan and pipeline.
2. The ion fan can only be operated after the party is over. The power supply facilities should have sufficient capacity and stable voltage. Phaseless operation is strictly prohibited. The power supply line must be a dedicated line, and temporary lines must not provide long-term power supply.
3. The abnormal noise of the fan is found during the operation of the ion fan, the motor is heated seriously, the shell is electrified, and the switch cannot be started after the switch is tripped. Stop it for inspection immediately. To ensure safety, the ion fan is not allowed to be repaired during operation. After the overhaul, test run for about 5 minutes, confirm that there is no abnormal phenomenon, and then start the machine.
4. According to the use environment, the bearing should be supplemented or replaced at any time; the enclosed bearing of the motor does not need to be replaced during the service life; In order to ensure the good lubrication of the ion fan in operation, the number of material changes shall not be less than 1000 hours. Enclosed bearings and motor bearings should be filled with zl3 lithium-based grease to fill two-thirds of the inner ring and outer ring of the bearing. Oil-free operation is strictly prohibited.
5. The ion fan should be stored in a dry environment to prevent the motor from getting damp. When the fan is stored in the open air, rain-proof measures should be taken. During the storage and handling of the fan, collisions should be avoided to avoid damage to the fan.
