Maintenance instructions in use of ion blower
The main function of the ion fan is anti-static and dust removal, but in long-term use, a certain amount of particles and floating soil will accumulate on the fan and ion needle. If it is not cleaned regularly, it will not be better anti-static and dust removal. Even the residues on the fan and ion needle will be continuously transported to the production product, which will affect the ideal effect.
Cleaning method:
1. Our fans are equipped with semi-automatic dust removal brush structure, such as cleaning once a week, static elimination time, residual voltage and other parameters can maintain long-term stability.
2. The air inlet net and ionization outlet net of the ion fan should be kept clean to prevent the airflow from being blocked, and can be cleaned with a soft brush or compressed air. (This cleaning* is better to be carried out outside the purification workshop to prevent residues from staying in the purification workshop).
3. For companies that produce high-precision: it must ensure a good and long-lasting anti-static function. The best way to clean is to use a cotton swab dipped in alcohol to clean the residue on the fan and ion needle.
Frequency of cleaning the fan: Generally, it should be cleaned once every 15 days, and companies with high requirements should clean it once a week.
Keeping the fan clean will not only achieve better results, but also extend the life of the fan.
