The Nitto Blue Film SPV-224 series is a high-performance surface protection material widely used in metal plates and semiconductor industries, especially for protection during wafer cutting. Its main features include a thickness of 0.080mm, an adhesion of 1.10N/20mm, a tensile strength of 50N/20mm, and excellent weather resistance (can be used outdoors for more than 700 hours), which can effectively prevent processing damage and pollution.
This series of products uses a PVC film substrate and a special acrylic adhesive to ensure long-lasting adhesion and no residual adhesive. It is particularly suitable for surface protection when LED semiconductor chips are cut, such as preventing wafers from being damaged during processing, transportation or storage. The newly launched SPV-224SRB model has replaced the old model and is designed to eliminate specific phthalates (such as DEHP) to comply with environmental regulations such as EU RoHSⅡ and provide a safer alternative.
