Performance evaluation standard for clean clothes


As a part of anti-static clothing, clean clothes are required not only to be able to control static electricity, but also to have clean performance-the clothes themselves do not emit dust, and at the same time, they can block the emission of human particles to the outside world. These simple basic requirements are actually easy to understand. But how to judge the quality of clean clothes? They are all the same only from the appearance, and those that have not been tested are suspicious.
In my country, the performance testing of clean clothes has been in a blank state, with no standard basis and no testing agency. IEST-RP-CC003.3 "Clean Room and Related Controlled Environments: Clothing Elements", which is generally recognized in the industry, is a recommended standard for the evaluation of various performances of clean clothing by the American Environmental Science Association. The main content of this standard includes clean clothing system and pollutant control, fabric parameters and characteristics, test methods for fabric cleanliness, cleanliness test methods for clean clothes, correct use of clean clothes, and maintenance of clean clothes.
At present, most of the clean clothes in my country are produced according to the standard of GB/T 12014-2009 "anti-static clothes", which emphasizes the anti-static performance, but does not have the requirements for clean performance and microorganisms. In fact, after the clean clothes are cleaned and sterilized after use, the material of the clothes will age, the fibers are easy to break and produce particles, and the local filtration efficiency of the clean clothes will decrease. With the use of clean clothes, its cleaning performance and anti-static performance will be reduced, so the performance evaluation of clean clothes is mainly in two aspects: clean performance and anti-static performance.
