First, select the accessories first. This is a set of HWD-BOX85803A anti-static SMT loading and unloading accessories. Of course, installation requires tools. The simplest tool is a hexagonal screw wrench only for screwing.
2. After you have selected the accessories and tools, you can install them. First of all, fix the four aluminum alloy posts with screws on a metal base plate (there is a gasket under each screw). Tighten the screws to prevent shaking.
3. Fix a fixed side plate on the metal fixing plate of the post, and tighten the screws as before.
Fourth, the next step is to fix another metal fixing plate. When installing this fixed base plate, you should pay attention to the screws being slightly unscrewed, just fix it so that it does not slide off the column. why? Oh, this is a trick, you will understand later.
Fifth, this step is the most critical. If this step is not installed well, the previous work is tantamount to nothing. Is to install the movable side plate, just said that when fixing the other bottom plate do not tighten it, so the movable side plate can easily prevent static electricity. First, align one side (upper or lower side) directly to the bottom end of the gear, and then the movable plate on the other side slowly slides to the side along the gear, so as to see if the upper and lower are aligned. If it is stuck in the bottom plate chute, if everything is fine, then it depends on whether the movable buckle on the top plate can be caught in the top plate. Ok, there is no problem, then the next step is to tighten the screws of this bottom plate.
