PVC anti-static grid curtains can provide samples
Today, a European customer asked us to provide PVC anti-static mesh curtain samples. All our specifications require 10 meters each. After coordinating and communicating with the production workshop, we decided to help the customer pack it into a large roll. This can save customers a lot of foreign transportation costs.
The main material of the anti-static mesh curtain is PVC, especially transparent PVC film plus conductive ink.
The size selection of anti-static mesh curtains mainly covers three dimensions: thickness, width and length. Conventional specifications and non-standard customization coexist, as follows:
1. Conventional size
Thickness
Mainstream thickness: 0.3mm, 0.5mm, 1.0mm.
Applicable scenarios:
0.3mm: light and light-transmitting, suitable for ordinary anti-static demand scenarios;
0.5mm and above: more durable, suitable for high-frequency industrial environments.
Width
Standard width: mostly 1.37 meters (ie 1370mm), some models provide 1.2 meters, 1.5 meters or 2 meters width.
Special specifications: Some products support 20cm narrow width design for door curtains or partitions.
Length
The length of each roll: conventionally 10 meters and 30 meters, for example:
0.3mm thickness is commonly 30 meters/roll;
0.5mm thickness is mostly 20-30 meters/roll;
1.0mm thickness is mostly 10-30 meters/roll.
2. Non-standard customization options
Flexible size adjustment
Supports customized door width (such as 1.0m, 0.6m, etc.) and length (such as 10m, 25m, etc.) as required.
The thickness can be specially customized to meet the needs of special scenes such as low temperature and UV protection.
Color and surface resistance
Color: transparent, all black, yellow, etc. are optional. Transparent models are often used in clean rooms, and black models are mostly used in light-shielding scenes.
Resistance parameters:
Internal/external surface resistance range: 10⁶-10¹⁰Ω (adjusted according to material and process).
3. Purchase suggestions
Industrial scenarios: Prefer 0.5mm or 1.0mm thick, 1.37m wide, and 30m long specifications, taking into account durability and cost.
High-frequency use areas: When installed with tracks, it is recommended that the width is slightly larger than the actual demand, leaving a 5-10cm margin.
Special needs: Specify the anti-static level (such as conductive ink printing has lower resistance) and color compatibility.
