Requirements for anti-static table mats

The shell of fixed equipment (towers, containers, pumps, heat exchangers, filters, etc.) should be grounded electrostatically. In the case of soil-covering equipment, static grounding is generally not required. So what are the requirements for static grounding of antistatic rubber fixing equipment? How do professionals from anti-static table mat manufacturers answer it?

The housing of fixed equipment (towers, containers, pumps, heat exchangers, filters, etc.) should be grounded electrostatically. In the case of soil-covering equipment, static grounding is generally not required.

For equipment with a diameter greater than or equal to 2.5m and a volume greater than or equal to 50m3, the grounding points of the antistatic bench pad should not be less than two, and the grounding points should be evenly arranged along the periphery of the equipment, and the spacing should not be greater than 30m.

For fixed equipment with vibration performance, its vibrating parts should be grounded with a copper core soft twisted wire with a cross section of not less than 6mm2, and single-stranded wires are strictly prohibited. Several devices with soft connections should be bridged with copper-cored soft-stranded wires.

The grounding of rotating objects can be grounded by conductive grease or special grounding facilities (such as slip rings and brushes in non-explosive, non-fire hazardous environments), but similar to the valve stem and bearing rotating parts, The above connection. Belts or conveyors that are prone to accumulate charges should be made of conductive rubber.

The belt-driven unit and its anti-static grounding brush and protective cover should be grounded.

Flammable dust bag type dust collection equipment, the ground terminal of the wire woven into the bag body should be grounded.

The movable connection or sliding connection between the various components inside the equipment should keep its contact resistance value below 1000Ω.

The fixed equipment and the grounding wire or connecting wire should be connected by bolts, and the connection terminals can be set on the side of the equipment, the side or end of the combined metal support of the equipment.
