1. The SL-030 surface resistance tester uses a 1% ultra-thin film resistor and a high-speed amplifier circuit. The calibration procedure is based on the linear circuit technology of the product.
2. The conversion point of the impedance value is 1/2 level logarithm, 3.16×10n, and the linear value of the conversion point is ±10% of the mean value per unit of measurement (mean value perunit).

3. Measuring instrument: Decimal resistance box, the resistance of the test electrode resistance box needs to be 1×103 ohm to 999×106 mega ohm or 109. When measuring more than 109 resistance, CAD technology (cadGeneraated techniques) is used because 9 volts is used. Voltage driving is difficult to verify a resistor with an impedance greater than 999 × 106.
4. Connect the two electrodes of the resistance box to the two parallel electrodes of the SV-2080, adjust the resistance to 1K position, the light-emitting diode (LED) of the table should be bright, the calibration of other files and so on, measure the impedance conversion At the point, press the switch while continuously adjusting the impedance value of the impedance bridge, and observe the impedance value when the next LED is always on (the value at this time is the converted impedance value).
