After using anti-static shoes for a period of time, they must be tested and checked. The test method is briefly introduced as follows:
1. The environment requires a temperature of 20℃±2℃; relative humidity: 30%±3%. The test product is placed in the specified environment for more than 24 hours. If the test cannot be carried out in the specified environment, the test must be completed within 5 minutes after the test sample is removed from the environment.
2. Fill the test shoes with steel balls as required, place the test sample with the steel balls on the specified outer electrode, and connect the specified DC power supply between the inner and outer electrodes for 1 minute. According to the measurement circuit principle. Record and calculate the voltage and current values after the specified time.
In addition to regular testing of anti-static shoes, small details should also be paid attention to during use. First, when wearing anti-static shoes, thin nylon socks or conductive fiber socks are required, and wool and chemical fiber socks cannot be worn. Second, if insoles are to be added to the anti-static shoes, conductive silk insoles must be attached. If these two points are not paid attention to, the anti-static shoes will be no different from ordinary shoes, and the anti-static effect will not be achieved.
