  Static electricity neutralization is one of the important measures to eliminate quiet people.    Principle of electrostatic neutralization: neutralize the positive and negative ions with the positive and negative charges on the static electricity source, thereby eliminating the static electricity accumulated on the source of the surface turtle.

    The device that produces positive and negative ions is called ion static eliminator, and there are many types, including high-pressure, isotopic, ion flow, etc.

    Electrostatic neutralization can also be achieved with an electrostatic brush, which is a row of conductive fibers on a metal rod. When the electrostatic brush is in contact with the insulator, the electrostatic charge on the insulator can be directly eliminated due to corona discharge, leakage, short circuit, etc. during the contact process.

   In some special cases, antistatic agents can also be used to achieve electrostatic neutralization. Such sprays are usually cationic or anionic surfactants.

   Comparing the above-mentioned types of static electricity neutralization, the ion static eliminator has the characteristics of not affecting the product sanction amount, quickly eliminating static electricity, and convenient to use. The disadvantage is that the cost of the instrument is relatively high. Although the use of antistatic agents has the characteristics of simple operation, but in terms of eliminating static electricity, in some cases it is not as good as the Guobiaogui eliminator, and the durability is not good. Some antistatic agents are corrosive and toxic.
