Sticky mat composition and usage instructions
Sticky mats are made of multiple layers of polyethylene film, each coated with a high-adhesive coating. They are smooth and durable, quickly and effectively removing dirt and dust from shoe soles, maintaining a clean work environment. To use a sticky mat, first remove the protective adhesive layer from the opening on the back. Then, place the mat flatly on a clean, water-free floor. Use the sole of your shoe to flatten the mat. Then, remove the protective layer from the front opening. If the film becomes clogged with dust during use, remove the remaining layer from the opening, allowing you to use the next clean layer. Sticky mats are made of a treated, gas-proof material with strong adhesion. They are suitable for removing dust and dirt from shoes in cleanrooms and aisles with cleanroom requirements.

The sticky mat is non-slip and non-staining, and will not be damaged by shoes or wheels. It removes dirt on contact. Simply remove the top layer to apply a new layer, without the need for mopping or washing. It can be used alone or in combination with a frame. The bottom mat adheres to the floor and is easily removed without leaving a mark. Each layer is uniform in size, preventing gaps that could cause contamination. The remaining number of layers is marked on the corners of the sticky mat, making it easier to remove the top layer and tear off the contaminated layer after use. Remove the protective paper from the sticky mat and push the dust removal wheel over the mat in one direction to remove any trapped dust or impurities. When the sticky paper becomes heavily contaminated and its viscosity decreases, replace it with the next layer to ensure effective dust removal. The sticky mat has exceptionally strong adhesion and resists peeling, allowing it to be used over 100 times and has a shelf life of 1-3 years. Available in white or yellow, with a size of 24mm*33mm*50 layers, this product is a cleaning consumable for silicone rollers, providing over 98% of the cleaning surface area.
