The United States imported ACL395 surface resistance tester

American ACL-395 surface resistance tester

The test electrode of ACL-395 surface resistance tester is the same as that of American ACL800, and the test data is more accurate. It is currently a surface resistance tester with a higher level than ACL380.
This compact and pocket-sized test meter can measure both surface impedance and resistance to ground, with a wide range from 103 ohms/□ to 1012 ohms/□, with an accuracy of ±1/2 range.
ACL-380 uses the ASTM standard D-257 parallel electrode sensing method, which can easily and repeatedly measure various conductive, electrostatic discharge, and insulating surfaces.
use:
To measure the surface impedance, place the meter on the surface to be measured, press and hold the red measurement (TEST) button, the continuously lit light-emitting diode (LED) indicates the magnitude of the measured surface impedance.

Measuring resistance to ground
Insert the ground wire into the ground socket, so as to insulate the right side detection electrode of the meter (on the same side as the socket). Connect the alligator clip to your ground wire.
Place the meter on the surface to be measured, press and hold the TEST button, the continuously luminous LED indicates the magnitude of the resistance to ground. The unit of this measurement is ohm.

ACL-380 surface impedance meter calibration method
Calibration cycle:
The ACL-395 surface impedance meter needs to be calibrated every twelve months.
Using a decimal resistance box, connect the standard measuring resistance across the two parallel electrodes of the ACL-385 meter to check whether the displayed impedance value is correct.
