At present, there are mainly two data for evaluating the performance of ion blowers, one is the static elimination time, and the other is the ion balance. Because most of the products on the production line can be covered by ion wind for a short time, in order not to affect the production efficiency, the static removal time is required to be within 3 seconds; as for ion balance, due to different products, the required static removal time Industry is different. For some products with high accuracy, such as LED LCD screens, static electricity must be controlled within ± 10V, and some packaging materials do not have high requirements for this, as long as they are within ± 50V. If the ion balance is closer to 0, it means that the performance of the static removal equipment is better, and the corresponding cost will also increase.
Ion blower can eliminate the high voltage static electricity of more than 1000V to within ± 10V within 1.5 seconds, which is suitable for static electricity removal in all environments. At the same time, the area covered by different models is different, and the range is wide.
